Ineed help immediately with aquarium WITYH 55 GAL

good nite i have a problem with my aquarium the water isgreen even when i cchange some of the water. u had this thank since the end of december last year but ever since the water have never been crystal clear i had to usev aquaclear to clear the water it work but after a while it go back to the previous state. i had one filteraqeuon 55 with a aquaclear filter 30 but didnt work, so i went to buy a aquaclear 70 but nothing seems to work newither more filter or binifical bacteria or water change. i dont know what to do can someone help me
i have ten fish inb the 55 gallon tank, i dont use leave the light on for long nor is sunlight hitting it. i have two painted parrot and 5 oscar, and 2 ballas shark with one algae fish. am wondering if the tank isoverstocked or i added too much fish but the WATER IS GREEN EVEN WHEN I CHANGE SOME OF THE WATER!!!! I NEED HELP
