Jebo Canister Filter

Anyone have any experience with one of these jebo canister filters?? also anyone ever use a mirror as a background? any harm in cutting to fit inside a tank then using adhesive silicone to attach it?
also I have a few of these(pic) laying around, could I use them in a lighted top build? or are these type of halogens no good?

That's a funny looking canister filter.

Halogens like that put out a ton of heat and ugly yellow light. I wouldn't recommend using it.

I also don't like mirrored backgrounds. Some fish will attack their reflections, resulting in injuries.
