Just got a new fish. Does it look healthy

It got spots on it, is that a disease or part of its coloring. I hope this one is healthy cause it’s a replacement of a different angelfish that died. I have no idea why it died it looked at the wall for days and barely swam around, but it looked fine because it was in the middle of the tank all the time, not floating or sinking. This is the new one.

How long has the tank been set up and running? Was it cycled? What are the water parameters?



I don't see any spots, but the picture is not perfect on my computer. What else about the fish makes you think it might be unhealthy?
