Kyles first 20 gallon planted

Hey guys I'm going to be starting a 20 gallon planted tank. Right now I have the tank a stand a marine land biowheel filter rated for 20-30 gallons and my lighting system I chose is the marineland double bright LEDs. This is my very first planted tank. For my substrate I'm going to be using caribsea midnight black floramax plant growth substrate. Then my fish selection. I was thinking 1 or 2 angels with some other stuff idk what to put in there. No guppies I don't like them or those neon fish I want to stick to a full on comunity tank. But first my plants I want all plants all bigger plants in the back and some small grassy glover type plant in the front. Any names of plants or fish to get would be great. I definetly want atleaset one angelfish.
