So I have a 15 gallon community tank and I've just recently set up a 5 gallon for only African dwarf frogs

I'm gonna buy 3 ADF's as well as move the one I have in the 15 to the 5

What is the best way to move the frog from the 15 to the 5 with the least amount of stress? He's the only ADF in the 15 and he just recently started to come out from hiding all the time in the 15, he's not shy anymore.
But he'll be getting friends in the 5g!! And won't be bothered or have to compete for food with fish!

The least stress would most likely be to cycle it if necessary( not sure if you have to do this with frogs), stabilize the temperature, and then acclimate the frog to the new tank's water/temp/etc.
