Exclamation My Cardinal Tetra wont eat very much?

They just nibble a little bit and then the flakes fall to the bottom. The instructions on the tin say that the fish should be all over the food for 10 mins? Most of the time my fish ignore it?

I'm trying to get a varied opinion?

People in my other thread are focusing on other parts of my question more.
