Need help identifying shrimp!!

Hi guys, I’m quite new to this and struggling to identify my two shrimps. I’d really appreciate the help. Here are some pictures of them two - I can’t even tell if they’re the same species.

Is this a freshwater shrimp tank? They look like Cherry shrimp. Neocaridina Davidi
