New Apple Snail Help !!

Hello everyone !!!
I recently got a new golden apple snail and for some reason, it only seems to come out about a quarter to half way but not fullu ? Is it shock ? Or does it just need time to get used to it’s tank. I just wanna be sure it’s okay.

What are the water parameters and the temperature?

Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate

pH - important as well

other things like
general hardness / GH
Calcium / KH / Alkalinity

TDS

How long has your tank been running?

Are you familiar with the nitrification cycle?

A first suggestion would be to do a water change of about 40-50% and see if the snail gets more active.
