Hi I have just set up my tropical aquarium it's had fish in for 2 days and has started getting cloudy. Will this clear after a certain time?

You need to learn about cycling as that is what's happening right now. Your beneficial bacteria is starting to bloom because your ammonia is rising. Look at the stickies on the top of the page there will be an article on cycling you will need to do frequent water changes to keep the harmful chemicals from rising in the tank until the beneficial bacteria forms enough to stabilize these chemicals. But you need to learn about the nitrogen cycle.
