New Gravel

Our 10 gal fishless cycle is close to being done. We still have to get Gravel for it (long story why we haven't yet). Now when I get it I plan on asking it in buckets and rinsing well before putting in the tank, anything else I should do with it first before putting it in the tank? Should I not add it now til the tank is done cycling?

I've never done a fishless cycle so I'm not 100% certain, but I don't think adding gravel now would interfere with cycling.

You can add it anytime, won't affect the cycle (generally taking stuff out can, but not putting stuff in). Just rinse it and you're good to go.
