New to CO2... what else is needed besides regulator

I think I'll get this regulator AquaticLife LLC | Premium Marine Aquarium Products and get the adapter so I can use paint ball canisters.

What else do I need? Just run a tube from this to the tank?

You need a method of diffusion. You also need a co2 bottle (if you have paintball tanks that works with the adapter, but I would just get a 5 or 10# cylinder).

It also looks like it is missing a bubble counter, which is the easiest way to measure how much co2 is passing through the needle valve.

Honestly, it seems like this regulator is pretty pricey. You can pick up an MA957 Regulator from Milwaukee that includes a solenoid, bubble counter, needle valve, and even some CO2 tubing for half the price at eSeasonGear FreeShipping!.
