Question about a product

Hey so I got this for my tank and I was wondering if it was a good idea to put in my fresh water tank with my Molly's and if its the same thing as marine salt? Or is this just another water conditioner?

Any list of ingredients at all? Just looking at it I'm assuming mostly sea salt (NaCl).
