Hey guys, I just had to post something when I found this! I've had this tank cycling for a while, and last week I added pool filter sand as a substrate. This week, I have 2 plants growing!! One of them is growing out of one of the filter intakes, and the other is just a sprout, (that isn't doing well, I assume because lack of light). Has anybody heard of this?! I'm going to post a picture, although it is terrible quality.
My questions are
1) Has anyone has experiences with this? What could have caused it?
2) Could anyone identify the plant for me?
3) What should I do about this? Remove the plant? Plant it in the subsrate and see how it does?
