So, while filling up a new (my sisters old tank she gave me) tank, I got some filtration stones from my kitchen water filter in my tank. They got embedded in the last of the gravel I own and will not get out... So I looked up what they were made of to see if they could just stay in the tank. I use a Zero Water Filter for my fish tanks and then add water conditioner for extra safety and I found that the filtration stones they use are made of resin and carbon fiber. I don't know what they are and if they are bad for my fish. I was planning on only putting a male Betta in it. And it's 2.5 gallons. If anybody knows about these please tell me. I don't want to hurt my fish. Thanks!
