Stock Ideas for 30g Bowfront

I've been thinking about getting a 30g bowfront. The only issue is what I'd stock it with. I need ideas for the centerpiece. I can't get any dwarf gourami, my LFS doesn't get them in unless specifically ordered, they lose too many of them. I don't want any Apistogramma, I've already got a pair in a 55g planted tank. I've got a male Betta in a 10g, so I could upgrade his tank. Or I could move my female and make a Sorority, but I've already done that before. The centerpiece will determine the rest of the stock.

I am not fond of the idea of a centerpiece fish, if you are thinking of a single fish. Most fish are happier in groups. Get a school of tetras for a nice colorful centerpiece. And if you can't get the fish you want, you can always order them online. Most LFS have a limited choice.

I agree. I think pearl danios look great in schools of 20
