Hello,

I just got a really nice deal on a 3 gallon, cylindrical tank at a yard sale. I know I probably won't be able to keep fish in it, and I can't get a heater for it. Does anybody have any suggestions? Could I keep a few ghost shrimp?

Thanks. :flowers:

Thanks- any plant recommendations? I will probably stuff the tank with moss - I have a ton from the 10 gallon.

Once established Neos are hardy and can tolerate temps 60° to 80°.

Some cholla, IAL, moss and you're all set!

Neos? Like Neocardinia?

Yes. CRS and similar are a bit more particular about tank conditions, I personally wouldn't try them in a 3g.

I don't have experience with ghost shrimp but I'd imagine they'd work.
