Stocking a 55 gallon..

So i'm looking to upgrade to a 55 Gal... Going to go with a sand substrate, external filter, probably a Fluval 205, and a U4 Internal...plenty of woods and rocks, likely artificial plants ..

Just wondered what sort of stocking I could go with?

Was thinking maybe...

1M And 2F Yellow Labs
1M And 2F Cobalt Blue
1 E. Blue Johanni..
and a plec

what would you all recommend to go with these? Maybe a schooling group, or some catfish?
