Stocking help: apistogramma agassizii

12 us gal tank - 19.5" long, 13" deep, 11" tall
Heavily planted (vals, Java Fern, couple of crypts, some dwarf hairgrass)

1 x Honey Gourami (trichogaster chuna)
2 x Peacock Gudgeons (tateurndina ocellicauda)
10 - 15 x Ember tetras (hyphessobrycon amandae)

Would 1 x Apistogramma agassizii (some red type) be possible in that set up? AqAdvisor says '90 - 100% stocking' (depending on amount of ember tetras) and 417% filtration max, no major issues, so of course I wanted to check with the people who actually know stuff about stuff

Just wanting opinions on the workability; I'm not interested in breeding at all, more concerned about compatibility, temperament, etc, don't want anyone getting et.

I think adding the apisto would be pushing it, but I tend to be cautious about these things. (AqAd is handy, but take it's numbers as an approximation, only) If you keep up with water changes, I don't see any horrific problems.

I'm not experienced with gudgeons, though, so I'm not sure how they'd get along with the apisto.

I'd be worried about the apisto going after the gudgeons, peacocks are shy little guys
