Strange loach behavior

My loaches are acting strange... I was wondering if you can tell me if this is normal behavior, mating, or aggressive. Thanks!!

Usually loaches of the same species are very social towards one another so i doubt they're showing aggression. I cant really tell from the pic exactly what they're doing. Can you elaborate?
