my tank looks like you poured milk in there. can you tell me what stage I'm in now. do you think its coming to an end
should I just leave everything alone in the tank.

Just leave it alone. It will clear up on its own. That means that you are still early in your cycle.

I would keep up with the water changes and cut down on the feeding. Don't change the filter cartridge; just rinse it in the water removed during water changes.

What fish?
Water params?
Water change schedule?
What dechlorinator are you using?
Are you cleaning the filter out?
If so how are you cleaning it out?

We really need specific answers if we are going to help you out. If seen a few posts from you now on this subject
