Too much? Help!

Soon im getting a 55 gallon tank and i want to know if this stock is too much.
-10 neon tetras
-5 black kuhli loaches
-7 tiger barbs
-2 bolivian rams
-3 peacock goby
-5 mystery snail

I don't know about the 7 tiger barbs. They seem more trouble than they're worth in a community tank.
The rams might eat the neons as they grow.

I've never heard of jumbo neons. I thought you were referring to the normal neon tetras.

Never mind- I just went to their website. They show a picture of a regular neon tetra, but give the scientific name of the black neon tetra:
