Use of Conditioner/Stress Reducer

When you do a PWC do you add water conditioner/stress reducer/dechlorinator etc, its all in the same bottle, just for the amount of water you are changing or for the entire tank volume?

Prime. Dosed for tank volume if using a python, actual volume (plus a tad) if using buckets.

I use Prime. I estimate how much water I have to add back to the tank and measure a little generously.

i use a python and dose the entire tank volume with Prime
