It's on another thread. Your tap was 1.0 but 0 Nitrites and 0 nitrates. Your bacteria aren't converting it you and the Nitrites are high for the fish. PWC time.

+1 for water change, your still cycling.
 
Gotta start somewhere. It makes it hard when you have ammonia in your tap to trust your water conditioner is handling and that seeing some in tests is expected.
 
Prime for the win. Works great. And one bottle will last a very long time since you only need a tiny bit.
