What fish can I put in my tank?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone with an interest in aquariums or fish keeping!
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
If you get mystery snails keep an eye on them, I have found most fish think there feelers are worms and eat them off. Specifically keep an eye out if you go for rams.

This is true, with semi aggressive fish like the clown loach, this can happen, but not always, if you keep peaceful fish like the tetras or kuhli loaches, they will be fine

Enough. Stop the personal attacks. Everyone can share an opinion. Debate and discussing is fine. Personal attacks are not.

I have deleted off topic and offensive posts.

Alright I'm sorry everyone and sorry OP that got really out of hand. Im sorry everyone. Enjoy your cories and whatever else you decide on.

Thank you fort384 I appreciate it. And it's okay. I certainly will be happy with some Cory's though. :) I really cannot wait to get the little guys!

How about two or three otocinclus, they are similar to plecos, only smaller, and much more active, do the same cleaning job as plecos do, really cool:)

Hey Shannon, look at these Cory catfish here is the most common one and the ringed one, really cool, with time when I feed them, they come up to the surface and hand feed them, I love to feel their little whiskers :)

I don't know much about balloon mollys, but we have a few "regular" mollys. In nature, they live in a unique habitat where rivers pour into oceans. They aren't really brackish water fish, but they do kinda like to have a little extra salt. They do better thataway. Not sure about platies or swords. Their closely related, but I don't know for sure if they like or need the extra salt or not.

These are the ghost catfish, very active. Very fun to look at, though they do best in groups of 2 plus, as one alone could get scared and just hide
