Hi. Just looking for some advice. I have a new tank (12 gallon) and currently have three Danios. Just looking for some insight into which fish would make good additons to the tank?

Another 3 danios would be a good start :) Then maybe a small school (5-6) of bottom dwellers like Pygmy or Dwarf Corys.

One of each, one zebra, one pearl and one of the spotty ones.

Not to be a kill-joy, but I wouldn't keep any of those danios in a 12g tank long term. Zebra danios and pearl danios are both very hyper fish that would be much better suited to a longer tank (like a 20g long tank) because of the horizontal swimming room they require.
Have you ever heard of celestial pearl danios? They are both fun little species that stay smaller than zebra danios do. They would be great in a 12g tank. :)

Zebras and Pearls are not the same species. The Zebra and the "spotty one" may be if it is a Leopard. IMO, this means you need three more Danio Rerio (Zebra, Golden, Leopard, Glofish, etc...) and four more Pearls. You would also need at least a 20 gallon long tank or better.
