What is this???

This brown algae is growing in my tank, is it ok because it's a newly established ( not even cycled) tank or should I get a snail?

There is a type of algae called "brown algae" and if you have that type of algae then I have a link for you:

Brown algae is very common in newer tanks and not harmful. You can just wipe it right off.
