What is this fungus?

One of them is whitish and fuzzy while the other is beige or pinkish and fuzzy. What are they?

Is it harmful to my honey gourami and mystery snail?

I just found another piece of this "fungus" except a dead ant was covered in it.

What is your substrate? What all is in your tank plant wise? How much and how often do you feed? What all are you feeding?

The substrate is fluval stratum with a gravel cap and a small area of imagitarum white sand. There are two small or medium sized java ferns that are propagating and an anubias attached to a piece of driftwood.

The honey gourami I am feeding is very picky I guess? I watch him gulp some hikari micro pellets and spit them out. He does the same for freeze dried blood worms and tropical flakes. I make sure to net out the uneaten food.

There is a snail that came with the driftwood.

I read that alot of the times that fungus can grow on the driftwood is this the case, also when you first see it is it in the food, sometimes over feeding can cause it, it cam grow on the pellets
