Can anyone tell me the species of this?? The lfs said a catfish but I want to know what kind of catfish.

Bn plecos grow to 6 inches long.

It is hard to tell until they become a little older. Then they either grow a lot of bristles or not. My 2 inch one still doesn't have any but it still might be a male.
