I have a 38 Gallon and need to know the order to add my fish. I know I need to wait the 4 weeks for my tank to be ready. And I should only add 3-4 fish each week. I'm going for 4 guppies, 6 platies, 6 corys and 6 ghost shrimp. What's the best order to introduce them?

I'd advise checking out one of the posts here about 'fishless cycling' first if you haven't (just to make sure you have the most success with your tank!)

As far as slowly adding things go, I'd definitely add the shrimp last if that's the route you go. Most stores don't offer guarantees on invertebrates because they're generally more sensitive to changes in the aquarium, and depending on the species and age, can have a harder time adjusting to your tank's water from the store's water. Juveniles usually adjust more readily, and anything you hatch in your tank will fare even better!
