what sort of fish is this?

so I've done a really silly thing and completely forgotten the name of this fish, I know how to take care of them, I've had them for a few months in my community tank and I was thinking about breeding them because I know ones a girl and ones a boy and I was about to hop on google and read up about breeding them until I realised I've completely forgotten what breed they are, help??

that's the middle of the tank, the sides have plants growing

They look like a ram cichlid just with not very much color

Not German blue rams but same family they spawn the same on flat rock or leaf and some are good parents

I believe these are Bolivian Rams not GBRs. Easier to keep than GBRs but not as colorful.
