What to put in a 29 gal...

I'm in the cycling process so i may as well start thinking what I'm gonna stock with! I was debating a centerpiece fish, let me know if what I'm thinking is right or wrong.... dwarf gouramis: I've read they have issues w/diseases and such,(not sure about a honey gourami) bosemani rainbow: would one fit in my tank and/or would I need a pair and last, German blue rams: I've read that they are very sensitive.....any input would be appreciated! Thank you

i've had 2 blue dwarf gouramis in a 29 and they've done great. sadly 1 died a while ago due to a lil mishap with a bio bag of gravel in my 55gal..*sad day*. but anyways there very lively fish i love em.

Sorry to hear about your fish I imagine it can be tough. Do they seem to get along with most other fish?

Yeah the gouramis did great with the others. except i had tiger barb at the time in my 29 and they bullied the gouramis. so i wouldn't add TB.
