Whitish gunk?

Ok there is some kind of white substance in my little 1.5 gallon idk what it is or what it's doin but it's freaking me out any advice?

It changes sometimes it's sitting like a film on the bottom but when I had to be gone a few days I got a slow release feeder cube and when I got back this nasty stuff was all over the cube right now it's gather in like the corners of the tank

I might be mold from the leftover food. Try doing a gravel vac and sucking it up. I would check the ammonia readings also.
