Would this ammonia work?
Its a no-name all-purpose cleaner, ingredients are water and ammonium hydroxide. There is maybe a little foam but it could be just water bubbles. It says its phosphate free and corrosive.

i dont really know but all 2 of the walmarts had it.. its called clear ammonia.. but u also live in another country

Actually it does foam a little when shaken.
