acan stung now dieing

my clown knocked my acan down off the rock it was sitting on into my torch , it seems the torch stung it now my acans dieing , I noticed my acan receding somewhat drastically losing all its flesh , torches pack a mean punch so much for a $50 coral hope I can save it

I cut off the dieing section on the acan was that the right thing I did to try and save it ?

Just put it in some moderate flow area and he might make it.

seems since I cut off dead part , it's starting to come around a little
