Added a new light now my anemones

Took my cheap leds out and added Two 360 kessils. They look good but are they? My anenomes haven't moved now that I changed the light they are all over the tanks. I'm worried about the one in the pic it looks like a long piece of dead brown skin coming from his mouth.Click image for larger version

They're probably light shocked. What kind of lights did you have before? The Kessils are dimmable so don't run them at 100

Sounds like exactly what bribo said. Really similar to snow blindness.

I suck at this... so I should lower light and acclimate them to 100% or just never go to 100%?

Lower the light to acclimate to the lower light levels. There isn't any reason to run at 100%
