I was looking for one of my two Clowns and I found it in the mouth of my anemone and he was dead? Why ?

Its entiely possible for nems to eat fish. It's not the norm but it does happen. Big reason I got rid of mine, I was always worried he'd eat a fish LOL

How big is your tank? Could he be hiding somewhere?

i dunno about you but my nems never hide so when mine went missing i knew something happened to him then i found out my giant cup mushroom ate him

What type of anemone is it? Some of them aren't exactly host material and if the clown tried to host it, he may have gotten a surprise.

It's is a Condy anemone and I think the clown was sick

A condy is not a natural host for clownfish, so it's not uncommon for them to eat whatever fish they can get a hold of.
