Anemone is all whacked out..

So my anemone is really weird..it moves all over..Its never happy..it moves to the underside of rocks..it shrinks up and falls off the side of my rock like he died..then I wake up and he looks perfectly healthy.. the first picture on the sand it from a few days ago..then he was on the rock and half hanging off yesterday (2nd pic) then this morning it looked fine (3rd pic) then it was small (6pm) tonight (4th pic) now its eating it self(5th)..my water parameters are perfect at 79degrees I target feed him mysis with a baster every 2 days..plus I see him catch flake food all the time..

IME with the one I had it moved a lot. Everything I read in them said they moved a lot. It sated in one place for about a month then went on the move. IMO they are not the best for a reef tank mine ended up in the power head
