I found this today. I have noticed lately that some of my smaller fish have been disappearing... Is this normal???

You always run the risk of losing small fish when you have an anemone

Bubble tips don't typically kill fish. It is likely your fish are just dieing. How old is the tank? How big? Bioload? Parameters? Lighting?

Original tank is 6 years 46 gal. I upgraded to a new and bigger tank 90 gal 50 gal sump just over a year now. All tests are good as of last Sunday. Low bioload. Maxspect razor 300 watt.

I do have a really mean wrasse.. Named him wrasse-hole! Lol

Must be the wrasse or something else in the tank. That fish looks like it has been dead long enough for the nem to consume it. And it is just resting there. Not wrapped in tenticals. Like the nem doesn't care about it .

doubtful its the bubble tip
what all stock do you have besides wrasse
do you hear any clicking in your tank
what are your parameters
please don't just say fine we need numbers help us help you!!!
