Aptaisa good or bad?

I've been told that's it bad but today when I went to the lfs they had sme in every aquarium and the LR had multiple heads on them so I didn't buy any LR

It's bad. It multiplies very quickly and can be hard to get rid of. That is why it is in every tank at your LFS. If you buy the live rock... Quarantine it and kill the pests before it goes into your main display. That will give you a chance to catch all the nasties that can hitch a ride in on live rock.
