Bangai cardinal came with this

Hey all. Check out this baangai I got a few days ago. I just saw his face and ripped him out of the main tank and he's in his own tank but is there something on his head or am I paranoid.. He has been chilling I'n the corner of the tank since I got him and I thought it's just a new environment probably stressed but I think there's something wrong.

To me he does not seem abnormal. Just keep an eye on him for a while in the qt.
