When my YT had black ich, I added a good UV, and did a couple 60 second freshwater dips (don't ask how long it took to catch him).

Have't seen it come back in 9 months.

it's my O.clown and royal gramma. i thought about giveing them a freshwater dip. but have never done it and thought i mite kill them, i dont have another tank so they will have to go back to the main tank so wouldnt the turbellarian just get back on them from my tank. thats why i thought that stuff mite work??

Never have used it but I`m not a fan of the FW dip. Seen too many bad results including stressed out and death. Try this articles
