Blue hippo maybe sick

Hello got a blue hippo yesterday. The owner said he treated with copper and other medicine. He eats like a pig. But not sure is the little dot is anything to worry about or i mean it doesn’t look like ich to me

If the spot looks like pits on face I would just keep water quality up and offer food that is vitamin enriched for the tang .
HLLE ,not hole in the head but Head and Lateral Line Erosion .
Not a disease and possibly a hyposalinty issue [as many hypo tangs to kill ich] and also thought to be a vitamin deficiency.

I am feeding him about 4 different types of foods and twice s day with garlic.

Also can i mix pimafix and melafix with there food. Just to treat more
