I think my BTA is splitting as nearly 1 half is 2" away from the other give or take the last bit attached. If I am correct it has split at the mouth. The BTA was tank bred as it was one from a friends tank who had his split again and again and wanted some more room. Parameters are all fine as I think it would not do what it is if they were not good........... my question is will the two now move apart or the 'original' half stay and the other move to a location it likes?
