Bumps on my shrimp and clown fish

Any idea what it might be? On the clown it's his eye.

I have an old thread about a shrimp with an attached parasite check that out for the shrimp, and the clown could be pop eye. Just a suggestion on where to start. I don't think they are related . Oh btw the shrimp is still doing fine and is thriving happily in my reef
