Citron goby

Citron goby isn't eating (every now and then he will) he doesn't look right my water is perfect any ideas on how to help him?

Yeah, he looks a little rough can you give a little more info, maybe? What exactly are your water parameters? Is he a new addition? If so, how long did you acclimate him? What other things are in there with him? sorry to badger, but these are important things to know before I go around giving out advice without knowing background details.
