I have had a Naso Tang for about a month now. He is doing well and seems to be in good health except for his left eye has become cloudy over the past few days. I have been doing 5g water changes every 3 days hoping that would help but it doesn't seem to be getting better or worse. No other fish in the tank are affected and are all in good health. Any ideas?

We need to ask some basic questions...

How many gallons is the tank?
Type filter?
Current water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, temp, and SG...numbers please)?
How long has the tank been up and running with fish in it?
What food are you feeding?
Have you introduced new fish since the tang?

The issue here is either parasitic, bacterial/fungal, or nutritional. The answers to the above questions will help us better determine the possible source.
