Clown fish color

Hi peeps!

I think my clown is sick. I noticed this discoloration on him today. If you look down his spine you can see a faint white mist. Also he doesn't look as orange as he used to.

Phosphates are at .25PPM
Nitrates are at 0 PPM
Salinity is at 1.0225
55 gallon tank

Tank has been up for about 3 months. I do 10 gallon water changes every 1-2 weeks.

Also I have recently lost a damsel and a tang with similar discoloration. I had hopes of upgrading to a 125 gallon aquarium this summer for the tang but that project is on hold since he's gone.

Any thoughts or suggestions is appreciated!

They are very faint. It's very difficult to see them. I think it's beginning stages of ick!

I would get the remainder fish that survived in qt tank right away and start the process
