Clown fish tail split. What to do?

I have a 25 gal bf with Rena fillstar cf, 1 500 gph circulation power head and Red Sea protein skimmer. And a decent led light. My maroon clown has a couple splits in its tail and I was worried it could be something bad. Any advise would be awesome. Other inhabitants include fire fish, two naked gobies, two turbos and a serpent sea star. And a small Zoa colony that is doing better since I started dosing, which might be the cause of the whole split tail thing. Thanks
