Noticed one of my 2 clowns is looking rough. Not ich rough, but ragged fins and almost like cataracts in one eye and some white slimey patches on skin. She eats fine and is very playful? Is this velvet? I will try for a pic and I have a qt tank set up thanks for your help and what meds and treatments are recommended?

Possibly Brooklynella, which usually is a heavy slime coat...It is common with Clowns. Best treatment I have heard if is Formalin. Look it up and see if that sounds like it. Its hard to tell looking from my phone.

Still has voracious appetite, breathing fine not staying on surface acting very normal?

Velvet usually hits hard and kills fast. I went through this earlier this year. Saw fish acting weird one day, next day dead.
