clownfish discoloration HELP!

My clownfishes tail is lighter in color from the rest of his body he is also swiming at the top of the water

Tank has been up for about 6 months and I had only had him a couple of days.
 
No I have no clue why there is a small scopas tang and a sixline wrasse in a 20 gallon.
 
Oh dear, you may want to run for cover with that tang! You know they need to be in tanks ten times your size? I am not saying that is the reason the clown died but it ain't going to last long either. Did you test your water? What were the results?
 
Every thing tested well. And I drip aclimated him for an hour.

I'm very sorry to hear about your clown! Also, that tang needs to be taken out ASAP. Sorry to say it but it might as well be a shark in a pico
